++ANSWER There are two important scores on your score report: your Level Score and your Scale Score. Your Level Score will range from 3 – 7. This is the most important score used in hiring decisions. To earn your NCRC, you need a Level Score of at least 3 on each of the three required assessments. The Scale Score is used for training purposes and is not generally used in employment decisions.
